The Victorian Building Authority Safe2Speak Hotline is an independent service run by Stopline that gives you the opportunity to report fraud, corruption and other unlawful behaviour – anonymously if you wish. The Victorian Building Authority Safe2Speak Hotline is an independent service that you can contact to report suspected:

• Bribery
• Conflicts of Interest
• Inappropriate Gifts, Benefits, and Hospitality
• Leaking of Confidential Information
• Theft
• Fraud
• Dishonesty

Safe2Speak was not established for concerns regarding bullying, harassment, discrimination or workplace safety issues. For these matters you can consider the available options via the VBA intranet page.

However the reports will be accepted and passed oto the Chief Strategy and Risk Officer and the Chief People Officer for consideration.
